I have been working with older adults for over 25 years with an ongoing challenge of getting them connected to their bodies. With the Smart Spine I have been able to get my clients to a new level of body awareness. I use it heated for proprioceptive connection as well as therapeutic training for back issues, parkinsons, stinosis and many other conditions related to our aging population. I gave the SmartSpine to a client of mine when he had extreme pain in his hips. He experienced trouble sitting and walking. I suggested a warmed up or normal temperature SmartSpine. He drives for long hours throughout the week. After two days, he informed me he was no longer experiencing pain! He takes the SmartSpine with him wherever he goes.

The SmartSpine feels really good. It allows me to maintain my spinal alignment and remain fully in contact with the floor. I feel I can easily control rib flaring and maintain a neutral pelvis. It is more relaxing, and I am working at a deeper level.
