I mistakenly purchased only one product when I intended to order two. When I went back to order my second product, I e-mailed their customer service department and explained my mistake. I have been working with older adults for over 25 years with an ongoing challenge of getting them connected to their bodies. With the Smart Spine I have been able to get my clients to a new level of body awareness. I use it heated for proprioceptive connection as well as therapeutic training for back issues, parkinsons, stinosis and many other conditions related to our aging population. I don't know what I would do without it now. My clients love it!Thanks so much!

I gave the SmartSpine to a client of mine when he had extreme pain in his hips. He experienced trouble sitting and walking. I suggested a warmed up or normal temperature SmartSpine. He drives for long hours throughout the week.After two days, he informed me he was no longer experiencing pain!
He takes the SmartSpine with him wherever he goes.

The SmartSpine feels really good. It allows me to maintain my spinal alignment and remain fully in contact with the floor. I feel I can easily control rib flaring and maintain a neutral pelvis. It is more relaxing, and I am working at a deeper level.Date of Posting: 17 January 2008

After using the SmartSpine during an exercise, upon standing up, I immediately noticed a better posture in my body. I felt greater length in my spine. I own an organic skin care spa and have found a wonderful use for the SmartSpine! I use a warm SmartSpine to place under my clients during facial treatments. Since these sessions often last for up to two hours, the SmartSpine helps to align my clients and create an overall \"more comfortable\" position for them. The SmartSpine helps to induce both a physical and mental state of relaxation as the warmth relaxes the back muscles and the lavender aroma helps them to release daily stress and achieve bliss! I am about to leave for S.C., but I wanted to tell you, I am using the SmartSpine in the car to sit on while I drive. I am going to use it on the plane, as well. It narrows my hips immediately keeping my sitsbones wide. It is really helping my back pain.
