Alignment and Strength Through Tactile and Sensory Cueing

This powerful course incorporates the SmartSpine approach to promoting new postural patterning through spinal alignment and supportive breathing techniques. This knowledge will provide you with the practical skills and tools to elevate your teaching to a higher level of proficiency. SmartSpine equipment includes: Reformer, Trap Table, Baby Arc and Spine Corrector. This workshop will include the biomechanics of the spine and new core principles as used in the Pilates environment. The presentation will be illustrated by visual 3D Power Point support.
