The Arch Tubbies are a SmartSpine support item to be used with the SmartSpine and designed for its own specific uses, the arches of the body.

The Spine:
Improves awareness, mobility, support, and provides local massage in strategic areas of the back and neck. Specific exercises are developed to release and rediscover mobility potential of the spine and sacrum. They promote posture improvement and awareness of the head and neck.

The Feet:
The Arch Tubbies are designed with dual purpose in mind. One for strength, health, and support of the arches of the feet and improved function and proprioceptive awareness, leading to better overall posture for the entire body.

Uses are in exercise class, at home, for travel (car and plane), and for the office.
