The Sacral Wedge is a SmartSpine support item to be used with the SmartSpine or by itself.
Suggested uses:
  • Use warmed (warming and cooling instructions provided), or as is, for the sacral area.
  • Occipital base and cervical spine
    for alignment support and proprioception
  • On the sternum
    for proprioception and instructional breathing technique aid.
  • The abdominal area
    for proprioception and tactile guide to "finding" and engaging the deep abdominals "transversus"
  • Lumbar spine
    bring the floor to the spine to release excessive tightness in the back and hips, working th core!
  • Postural: A wedge to balance placement of the pelvis
    via the sitbones or in seated position to even the weight distribution through the sitbones, aiding in the alignment of the entire spine.
