The SmartGlobe is a larger ball to be used preparing the sacrum and pelvis for movement and mobility. The ball may be used for alignment and stability of the pelvis and pelvic floor engagement or inner thighs, when held just above the knees or for long lever abdominal challenge held between the ankles.

Other uses include: deep abdominal awareness, directly placed on the lower abdominals, release of the respiratory system placed on the sternum and assisting abdominal work by holding on to it with both hands. Place directly on the crown of the head in any seated position to improve optimal spinal height (Yoga) and vertebral decompression from the sacrum.

The SmartGlobe is a SmartSpine™ support item to be used with the SmartSpine™ or by itself.
