- You may return NEW, UNOPENED items and/or DAMAGED goods sold and fulfilled by SmartSpine.com within 30 days of delivery for a replacement product or store credit only.
- All returned items must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Call 1-800-311-8533 to receive an RMA number. You must request an RMA number within 30 days from the date of shipment, and we must receive the returned items within 30 days from the date you received an RMA number.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage or loss during shipment back to us. We do not accept responsibility for any items returned without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Warranties
Limited Warranty
SmartSpine Works Company LLC provides the following limited warranty to the original retail purchaser of our products: Our products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship upon your receipt of order. At our option, we will repair or replace, any defective product covered by our warranty, including return shipping costs to you. You must follow the return procedure described below when returning any product that you believe is covered by our warranty. Our warranty excludes normal wear and tear; damage caused by failure to follow instructions, misuse, abuse, modification, or unauthorized repair; damage caused by liquids, tears in the fabric and/or burns from improper heating.
Warranty Return Procedure
You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us for warranty adjustment. All returned products must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Call 1-800-311-8533 to receive an RMA number. You are responsible for any damage or loss during shipment back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to you in the event we decline to make a warranty adjustment. We do not accept responsibility for any items returned without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Limitation of Liability
THE FOREGOING IS OUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SMARTSPINE WORKS COMPANY LLC BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THE USE OF OUR LABEL AND LOGO NOTWITHSTANDING, OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED AND SOLD BY FOREIGN LICENSEES.
Canceling or Changing an Order
All orders are final and may not be canceled or refunded except for store credit.
To change an order, please contact orders@smartspine.com using your order number as a reference. All change orders must be made within 24 hours of the original order.
