SmartSpine Works has replaced its Wholesale discount program with the SmartPartners Affiliate-Education Program. We recognize that small business such as Pilates Studios, PT offices etc, do not necessarily have the space or inclination to stock product.

As our wellness partner and educator, we understand the critical role you play in making sure your clients receive the best possible advice concerning their health and wellness. When you recommend our products to your clients through our Affiliate-Education Program, we share the profit with you because we believe in keeping your business healthy as well as keeping your clients healthy.

At this time, we do not offer an international Affiliate Program. However, you are interested in being an international distributor or education partner, please do contact us. We are actively seeking both for Europe, Asia and Australia. SmartPartners@smartspine.com.



SmartSpine products are handmade in Los Angeles, CA. Large orders for overseas distribution usually take 4-6 weeks to complete prior to shipment

Shipping to Europe?


Yes, up until recently this was the only way for SmartSpine to send products overseas and to clients outside of the U.S. To streamline this process, you can now order directly from our European distributor and lower your shipping costs and avoid import taxes. It is true that the cost of the products are higher, but when you factor in the savings on the shipping and taxes, the overall price is comparable. You also win because you will receive your product faster than when it is shipped from the U.S.

If you live outside of the USA or Europe, please use the FAX FORM to place your order.


Because of monetary exchange rates, shipping and import taxes we pay so you do not have to separately at the time you order. Again, our objective is to streamline the process and place your SmartSpine products in your hands as soon as possible - for the same overall price.


We have phased out our European shipping option in order to achieve the greatest level of efficiency for our clients. As we join with trusted distribution partners in foreign countries, your products will increasingly come from places that are closer and closer to you. We also want you to be able to establish relationships with "local" sources so that - should you need personal attention - that can be easily provided in your time zone - on your terms.


SmartSpine Works cannot do exchanges or refunds on overseas retail or wholesale items. If you are placing a first time order you may want to start small to see what will work best for you. If upon receipt of a SmartSpine Works package, you find a damaged or defective item, contact customer care immediately and we will send a replacement. SmartSpine Works needs to be informed of any errors in three business days, so we encourage you to inventory and examine all orders you receive the day you obtain them.
